We're located on Gray Falls Ln/W Houston Center Blvd and Westheimer. Passing specs to the right when coming from beltway 8 and passing Yummy pho to your left if you're coming from high way 6. A light khaki concrete office building named "VERGE" is where our studio is located. Please do not park infront of where it says "VERGE" as that entrance is not opened yet. Go around the building by the garbage cans and park there. Enter the building and elevator will be at the end to your right. Third floor, suite 340. When exiting the elevator our studio is located to your right. Restrooms are located to your left. If you are lost please call us at 346-257-8526

Please read over all of policies before booking.
My availibility opens every 25th of the month. For example: March availability opens on Feb 25th. All last minute cancellations get posted through my instgram story -- @elisailashes_studio
You may also add yourself to the waiting list if you don't see a date or time that fits your schedule through our Vagaro app.
Unfortunately, I do not work over other artists work so if you need previous lashes removed please add it to your appointment. If upon arrival you have foreign lashes and did not book for a lash removal your appoinment will be an automatic cancellation and will lead to 100% of service charge.
AFTER HOURS services are available for an additional cost of $30. Anything before or after my working hours will be considered "AFTER HOURS." Please text or DM me via Instagram for this service. I do not guarantee that I'll be able to squeeze you in, but will try my best to do so.
Entering your information does not mean you will be charged after you are done booking. After booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with address, time, and date of your appointment. Full balance will be paid at the end of your appointment with CASH.
Please do not book if you are sick. Example: Runny nose, Sore throat, bad allergies, or cold/flu. Even if it's not COVID please do not come in. Cancel your appointments on time to avoid any fees.

NO EXTRA GUESTS
Wash hands before entering the office. Restroom is located in the third floor to your right when exiting the elevator. I do offer hand sanitizer and a sink to wash your hands if needed.
Arrive on time and exactly at your appointment time. No time before that.
Please do not book if you have been exposed to Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
Please do not book if you have any Cold/flu symptoms.
Please do not book if you are waiting for Covid-19 test results
If you need to re-schedule, please re-schedule on time to avoid any last minute cancellation fees.

You must keep your eyes completely closed through the entire process.
Please don't expect your lashes to look like someone else's. Depending on the amount of natural lashes and eye shape the person has will depend on the outcome of the eyelash set.
When asking for a certain style please make sure to show me pictures of my OWN work and not others. That's why you're booking with me <3
Every set can be customized to the person's eye shape and lash desire look.

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service for late cancellations and 100% for no shows / SAME DAY cancellations. I will not make any exceptions. Failure to pay any cancellation fees will banned you from booking in the future.
YOU are responsible for cancelling your own appointments. If it's SAME DAY cancellation you will DM or TEXT me to notify me.

In order for you to receive a high quality service we ask that you please be on time so your service isn't rushed. ALL clients have a 10-minute grace period upon arrival. Please let us know at least 15 minutes before that you'll be late. Any time after grace period will result in a $10 late free.
More than 15 minutes late is an automatic cancellation and FULL AMOUNT of service will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please only arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
PLEASE ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES. You can also add a lash bath to your appointment when booking.
Do not apply eye cream before your appointment.
No contacts; Please bring your glasses
No coffee before your appointment due to coffee making your eyes twitch a lot more than normal while your eyes are shut.
No extra people.
No chewing gum
No make up
Please do not wear eyelash strips 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please plan your appointment being up to 3 hours maybe less. I know this may seem long, but we want to give you our full on experience and time.
NO CELLPHONE USAGE DURING APPOINTMENT.
Come relaxed.

What is an allergic reaction? (swollen eyelids, itchy eyes)
Allergic reaction may occur due to the adhesive, lash extension material or tape used during the service.
A patch test is available for those who have allergic reactions due to the glue or have sensitive eyes. During this patch test, a few lashes will be applied on both eyes. Clients will then go home and wait 24-48 hours for any possible allergic reaction.
Clients are fully responsible for any reaction that may occur.
In the event of an allergic reaction, clients will not hold lash artist responsible for it. Clients will not receive refunds due to the service being completed.
Clients must contact the eyelash specialist if they are experiencing an allergic reaction and have the eyelashes removed immediately. Consulting with a physician is recommended if needed; at clients, own expense.

Please do not book or arrive to your appointment if you are sick. You must notify through DM via Instagram or cellphone call or text message (6 HOURS) prior to your appointment. You will not be charged, but will need to re-schedule on my terms.
Sickness symptoms: excessive coughing, runny nose, bad allergies, sore throat etc.

What is a re-fill? A re-fill are new lashes placed on natural lashes as the old ones fall off and grown-out lashes are removed during this time.
How long does it take? 1 hour-2 hours
To qualify for a re-fill you must book your appointment in between 2-3 weeks after initial full set. Anything after 3-weeks is considered a new set. In addition, 40%-50% of lashes (per eye) must be remaining to be considered a “Re-fill”, anything less will be considered a new set.
If you're not sure if you have enough for a re-fill please contact us with a picture of your lashes looking down at least 3 days before your appointment to confirm with you. Otherwise, we will charge a small up-charge if you don't have enough. ONLY IF you notify us at least 3 days ahead as this gives us enough time to move any appointments around and to avoid any disappointments.
I do offer 1 week re-fills-- you must have 80% of the lashes remaining and it must be at exactly 7 days from the last appointment. Anything more than 1 week is considered a regular re-fill.

If you follow this guide you will always look flawless.
Please book accordingly. If upon arrival you don’t have the ‘40%-50%’ your appointment will be re-scheduled to a new set appointment and 50% of the service will be charged.

Don’t be scared to brush your lashes, BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH. DAILY.(From the middle and out)
Wash your lashes EVERY DAY.If possible, in the morning and night time.(You can purchase Lash shampoo in office, ask me how to clean your lashes) Don't expect your lashes to lasts if you don't wash them. Please only use LASH SHAMPOO and nothing else. Other drug store alternatives may give you retention issues.
Wash lashes from the lash line and out, under your lashes, and your eyelid.
AFTER washing your eyelashes please dry them at cool air with a blow dryer or a mini fan. (Can be purchased at our studio for only $13)
If you're taking any hair growth medication please know that this may give you retention issues as our lashes are growing in a cycle and we have no control over that.
CRAZY SLEEPER? Buy a silk or hard eye mask to sleep. You can also buy silk pillows that will your lashes from getting stuck to your cotton pillow case.
Please make sure to wash your lashes immediately after excessing sweating and crying. If you don't have the time to wash at least rinse with water to avoid any possible retention issues.
Try to avoid exposure to heat, steam, or sauna. (avoid excessive sweating if possible, have a towel next to you to prevent the sweating dripping on your lashes as sweat does contain oils and can cause retention issues.
Shedding on one eye more than the other? It's most likely because thats the side you sleep on or tear up more than the other.
Do not rub, pick, or pull your eyes. Otherwise, you will loose your own natural eyelashes.
Try not to run water directly on your eyes
Use ONLY oil-free products- oils break the bond between the adhesive and eyelash extension.
Using SPF? Make sure you use an oil-free SPF. otherwise, just apply SPF from your cheeks and below. avoiding the forehead and areas around the eye as it drags down to your lashes and may cause retention issues.
Do not go tanning for 48 hours after application

This guarantees a touch up of my lash extensions in the rare case excessive amount of lashes fall off within a 72 hour time frame. If I am not available for a touch up during that 72 hour time frame, this guarantee is void. Client must notify lash artist and be able to come in for touch up within 72 hours of lash application.
